The Japan Rail Pass pays off for long-distance trips. Short trips like Sumida to Shinjuku or Yokohama are virtually irrelevant.

The only long-distance trip is your Tokyo-Nagoya-Shirakawago-Toyama-Tokyo trip. And somewhat relevant is your side trip to Mount Fuji. As for the Princess Premium Outlet, I have never heard of a mall named that way. Where is it?

There is no overnight travel option between Tokyo and Nagoya that is covered by the Japan Rail Pass. Here are the options:
http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e3302.html

By regular shinkansen tickets: around 10,000 yen

Nagoya-Shirakawago:
http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e5953.html?aFROM=2155_5950
The direct bus is not covered, but the train to Takayama is (around 6000 yen).

Shirakawago-Toyama:
The bus is not covered!

Toyama-Tokyo
http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e5953.html
By regular shinkansen tickets: around 12,000 yen

As for the side trip to Mount Fuji, it depends where around Mount Fuji you want to go. Here are details for the Fuji Five Lake region, for example:

As you can see above, the Japan Rail Pass is probably paying off for your trips.

If it was over a seven day period, you come very close to the pass paying itself off.

You have to pay for the Fujikyu train and Shirakawago buses separately.

but if you went onto Hyperdia and searched:-

to and from Otsuki station
to Nagoya
to Takayama
to Toyama
to Tokyo

You can add up the costs and see if you pass 29,XXX yen.
