luggage storage in New Chitose Airport

luggage storage in New Chitose Airport

My flight out of chitose is 7.25pm on ANA. I plan to be there from 2pm to explore the shops. Can I check in or am I too early? Is there anywhere to put my luggage or I have to wheel them around on the airport trolley?
