Hi,
when I buy a round trip from narita airport to tokyo with a tokyo subway 3 day pass for 5400, can i use the Narita Sky Access Train to get to Tokyo? Is it the same as skyliner?
If not, is there a way to combine Sky Access with Tokyo Subway passes? Thanks in advance..

The "Narita Sky Access" is the name of the train line that the "Skyliner" and the "Access Express" trains use between Tokyo and Narita.
The particular ticket is intended for travelers that use Skyliner. It does not pay off for or cannot even be used by those that use the Access Express trains. It would be cheaper to pay regular fares for the Acess Express and buy a subway pass separately. But note that I do not recommend the subway passes. They are only valid on an awkward subset of convenient train lines in central Tokyo (for example, they do not cover the Yamanote Line).

Even if it's possible, it doesn't make much sense, because a regular ticket (without the additional Skyliner fees) plus a subway pass costs about the same as the Skyliner+subway combo.

So you mean a pasmo or suica is better than those passes? I mean 1500 for 3 days - those are about 4-8 rides. Don't you think it would pay off?
When I buy a sky liner ticket at the airport, can I use it as a return ticket to narita?

Make up your mind... Your first message seems to imply that you do not wish to take the Skyliner, but now you are asking how to buy tickets for it.

You can of course buy your Skyliner ticket at Narita, but unless you really need to buy it in advance, just buy it at your departure station in Tokyo.

Yeah I thought of maybe buying the Skyliner + Subway Pass at the airport but now I'm unsure if a pasmo/suica wouldn't be the better choice...
