Hi.
I know that the shore pass is offered for tourist who transits in Japan. My travel plan is from Ho Chi Minh to Dallas. My problem is that i will travel under a free ticket for crew from Narita to Dallas, this means that i wont be guaranteed to get a seat on plane to Dallas and have to wait 1 or 2 days to get a seat. This also mean that i wont have a boarding pass too. So if i dont have a boarding pass, is there any chance that i can explain my situation to get a shore pass?
