Accommodation in Nyuto onsen

I have been trying to get a booking at Tsurunoyu onsen, but no luck.
Tried some websites but no reply. Anyone who recently been to Nyuto onsen who can recommend a hotel/ryokan? planning to travel there this coming first week of November.
I appreciate any info, thanks

Tsurunoyu onsen,
planning to travel there this coming first week of November.No internet reservation, phone only. If you are unable to speak Japanese, not to worry, they have staff who speaks English very well. However, you might have difficulty getting a room next month, as they are normally booked out months in advance. Reservation : 0187-46-2100 (Hours 7:00~22:00) http://www.tsurunoyu.com/english.html
