Hi all! Being a solo traveller visiting Koyasan beginning November 2016, I'm looking for a temple lodging. Started to look around on http://eng.shukubo.net/temple-lodging.html but to much info! Would like to hear your experience, and whether your expectations were med. Little afraid that it is very expensive and touristic instead of a real temple experience. Any recommendations? Any opinion? Other possibilities to experience instead of a temple lodging? Would be really helpful!
