We will be early in Sensoji Temple so wee need a place to eat either breakfast or early lunch.
At what time do restaurants or ramen restaurants open in the morning?

It obviously depends, some are open 24 hours, especially those of big chains (Matsuya, Nakau, McDonalds, etc.).

Some breakfast places will be open from 7 a.m. so pretty much any time after that for a place to sit. Otherwise, there are plenty of 24-hour places to buy food.
