Umi no Hi Nagoya Fireworks 2017

Hey guys, I know Umi no Hi is the third monday of July but that's the same date as the Gion matsuri parade. The tenative date for the Nagoya Port Festival for Umi no Hi is tenatively scheduled online for the day after the official holiday. Do you think this is accurate because of the Gion Matsuri parade coinciding in 2017? I'm not sure how Japanese holidays and the like react with each other, ty
