Is there bus from Matsumoto to Kawaguchiko?

I plan to visit Japan in this December and I'm looking for the direct bus from Matsumoto to Kawaguchiko? I try search information from google but I cannot find it. Do anyone know on this?

The other way, I see we can take train from Matsumoto to Kofu and take bus from Kofu to Kawaguchiko. Is bus still be valid? Also my group has 4 big luggages. Can we take it on the bus?

How about train? Change once only to Fujikyu railway at Otsuki

Matsumoto to Kawaguchiko bus is seasonal
operated only in Summer(late Jul to late Sep) no in Dec.

Kofu to Kawaguchiko bus is regular one every day operate no problem.

If need pretty heavy luggage up/down take only train until Kawaguchiko via Otsuki.

I saw taking the bus spend time less than the train. Anyway, it seems I should go by train is better way.
