Actually there are four Asakusa Stations.
The railroad station which is closest to Richmond Hotel Premier Asakusa International is
Asakusa Station of Tsukuba Express, which is apart from the three other Asakusa Stations.
We arrive at 16:00 at Narita on Monday. Keisei timetables depend on whether that day will be a normal weekday or a public holiday.
During the coming six months until the middle of April 2017,
the 2nd and 9th of January and the 20th of March will be Monday holidays
and the other Mondays will be normal weekdays.
"Skyaccess Express" does not exist.
Access Express is a Keisei train service.
"Narita Sky Access" is a nickname
for the Keisei line connecting Narita Airport Station in NRT Terminal 1 and (Keisei) Takasago Station via Narita Yukawa.
What is misleading is that some Access Express trains run on the Keisei section outside Narita Sky Access Line.
Access Express trains of Keisei from NRT, except those bound for (Keisei) Ueno,
get to Oshiage and become there either Local or (Airport) Limited Express trains of Toei Subway
then make a stop at Asakusa Station on Asakusa Line.
Among the exits of Toei Subway Asakusa Station(A-18), only Exit A2-b is equipped with an elevator.

http://www.kotsu.metro.tokyo.jp/subway/stations/asakusa/solid.html?wid...From this exit, you can walk for about 850 meters to the hotel.
According to Google Street View, this route looks generally flat.
- The route on Google Maps
https://www.google.co.jp/maps/dir/35.7085447,139.796095/35.7089296,139...: Here I set a simple route. Shorter routes exist.
"Narita Skyaccess Express" doesn't operate after 15:24(NRT/T1). There is an Access Express train to depart at 16:04 on weekdays for Keikyu Kurihama,
which is the last direct train for Asakusa on this route through Narita Sky Access.
Until (Keisei) Takasago or Aoto, you can use Keisei Main Line instead,
in which case you pass through both entrance and intermediate gates of the Keisei station in NRT 1 or 2.
