Hallo, I will come again to japan from 20 nov to dec 3rd.
I would like to spend all my time in Kansai. Due to high price of hotels I have decided to stay in Osaka instead of Kyoto for one week and then move around. I would like to know if somebody knows if shine-sai festival is nice to attend, cause I cannot find the program in english .. I wait for your suggestion... thank you
