We realize that we are squeezing a lot in and it's a little rushed, but we are comfortable with it. Please note that the overall itinerary is pretty set since all of our accommodations have been booked and such. Thanks for any other feedback or recommendations you can give!

Arrive 1:45pm Narita, exchange vouchers for JR passes, travel to Shinjuku, Check in to Sunroute Plaza Hotel, Head to Shibuya to check out Halloween festivities, Shibuya Crossing, get dinner TBD
Tue 11/1 - Tokyo
9am Breakfast @ Tsukiji Fish Market (Ryu Sushi), Wander around Tsukiji Fish Market, Head back to Shinjuku/Shibuya for lunch @ Ichiran Ramen, shopping, dinner@Katsukura, possibly Golden Gai
Wed 11/2 - Tokyo/Disney Sea
All day at Tokyo Disney Sea
Thu 11/3 - Tokyo (Culture Day)
Grab a quick breakfast, Yoyogi Park + Meiji Shrine for Culture Day/Autumn Festival, Studio Ghibli at 2pm (we have tickets!), Explore Harajuku, Takeshita Dori, Kiddy Land, Daiso 100 Yen Store (Lunch and Dinner TBD)
Friday 11/4 - Tokyo/Hakone
Check out of Sunroute Plaza, arrange for holding/transfer of any large luggage, travel to Hakone, Explore Hakone, check in to Mount View Hakone, have dinner in Hakone, relax in Onsen at Mount View
Saturday 11/5 - Hakone/Koya
Breakfast at Mount View, Check out of Mount View, travel to Koya (via Shinkansen to Osaka), buy bento and have lunch on Shinkansen, Check into Muryoko-in, dinner at Muryoko-in, explore Koya a little bit (possibly see Okunoin at night)
Sunday 11/6 - Koya/Kyoto
Morning services and breakfast at Muryoko-in, check out of Muryoko-in, explore and lunch in Koya, Travel to Kyoto late afternoon, check in to Kyoto Capsule Ryokan, explore Kyoto TBD, go to an evening autumn illumination or ride Eizan Electric Railway
Monday 11/7 - Kyoto/Tokyo
Check out of Kyoto Capsule Ryokan, Kyoto Bamboo Forest, explore Kyoto, travel to Tokyo late evening, check in to AirBNB in Asakusa, pick up any luggage that we left, dinner @ Aoi Marushin and exploring in Asakusa
Tuesday 11/8 - Tokyo
Odaiba and Giant Gundam, Lunch TBD in Odaiba, head to Akihabara for exploring, shopping, dinner and arcades
Wednesday 11/9
Check out of AirBNB, have lunch, head to Narita airport by 3pm for 6:50 flight
Questions
According to my research, it seems like a JR Pass used 11/3-11/9 will be worth it, and the most effective way to use it. If there is something better, please let me know!
Do you think a Kansai Thru Pass will be worth it for our time in Koya and Kyoto?
Do you think we'll have time to do the whole Hakone loop? If not, is there an easy way to modify it?
