I am taking a flight at 7.40 Am from KIX Osaka to NRT Tokyo.

How do I reach KIX from the city? When is the earliest transportation and how much does it cost? How long it takes?

Similarly How much does it cost to reach Tokyo city from Narita domestic airport and how much time?

Is overnight bus from Osaka to Tokyo a better option?
