Best time to visit Shibuya Crossing

Hi!
My family and I are planning to go to Shibuya Crossing on a Sunday morning (3rd week of December) around 11AM. Is that a good time to visit Shibuya Crossing? Would there be a lot of people during that time? I prefer Shibuya Crossing to be crowded :) Thank you!

Try visiting in the evening instead. I've gone there a couple of times and it was quite crowded after dark with office workers released from their duties (and younger folk released from their schools). Moreover, the brightly lit signs and video screens all around the intersection made the nighttime crossing pretty special - all of that would of course not be lit during the daytime.
