Fuji Q Highland and Qpack

Hi,

I just wanted to know of any recent experiences at Fuji Q. We really want to visit however have heard of the long wait times. So essentially we want to get there as early as possible.

I have read about the discount Qpack. What is the earliest time for the bus and is that early enough to get fast passes? How much are the fast passes?

And just confirming with the only reservation for the bus, you don't need to make payment online is that correct? What is the earliest date I can reserve bus tickets and the lastest time to pay for the tickets? Are they only reserve once you pay?
