Buying Suica Child Card when office is closed

The JR Travel Service center office says the business hours is from 7:45AM to 6:30PM only.. And we are arriving at Haneda at 6:30 PM
Can i ask if there is a way to buy Suica Child card at one of those the manned window in the station?
if not, i was thinking its also possible to just buy one way card for each adult and then walk together with the child, then just wait until tomorrow morning and go to another JR Travel service center
thank you for answering

A Suica card and a PASMO card work just the same. You can visit Keikyu Tourist Information Center (open from 7:00 to 22:00) in the Keikyu station in HND International Terminal. There you can apply for and get issued a Child PASMO Card. The name and the date of birth of the child need to be confirmed. When you or the child dare(s) to acquire a Child Suica Card, you can take a Keikyu train to Shinagawa, go down from the platform to the concourse, pass though Takanawa Gate, walk a little to Shinagawa Station of JR and visit the JR Ticket Office (open from 6:00 to 23:00) in View Plaza Shinagawa, which is along the pedestrian walkway. http://www.jreast.co.jp/e/stations/e788.html

There is probably a Suica card vending machine near the JR gates.

You can purchase/top-up Suica cards at ticket machines with a black panel outside JR stations. The machines with green panels are for top-up only. Tap 'English' at the top right-hand corner of the LCD screen and follow the intructions.

The original question is whether a Child Suica Card is available in Haneda Airport when the JR East Travel Service Center is closed.
A Child Suica or PASMO Card cannot be newly issued at a vending machine. And, there is no JR station or gate in Haneda Airport.
Tokyo Monorail is issuing Monorail Suica cards; so, another solution is to ask for a Child Monorail My Suica Card at a Tokyo Monorail manned window, but please note that you cannot return the card for a refund to another railroad company.

I would pay for a single ticket from a machine that night, then organize a card first thing the next morning.

thank you all for those who have replied so far.
im sure there are also other tourists who had the same scenario as before when they arrived at Haneda airport with a child and wanted to buy a Suica card for them.
As suggested by omotenashi, i will try to ask if the Tokyo monorail issues Suica card for child.. nevermind returning the card, it is for souvenirs anyway, or maybe can still be used when we return back to Japan for next holiday trip.
thank you all! very helpful here.

You can always buy it the next day. The savings from using the card versus cash will be about 2-3 yen, so it's negligible.
