No bike parking but possible.

This is temporary parking/臨時駐輪場 for viewing blooming Sakura in Spring.

臨時(rinji) : temporary
駐輪場(Chuu-rin-jyou) : bike/cycle parking (some times include mortorcycle)
自転車(ji-ten-sha) : bike/cycle

This is castle gate and in front of castle tower/donjon(main building).
