Want to study japanese

Hello. I am an american who is living in okinawa. I want to study japanese , but not just alone or just over messaging (line, skype). I really want to immerse myself into the language with someone, but is having a hard time finding anyone to do this with.
What I am looking for is a friend, guy or girl, married or single (for the women), doesn't matter who is willing to help me out.
My problem is that I am not getting anywhere because of my ethnicity background. I don't go to bars. I don't go to clubs. Where else am I going to go for a single male to even find others to talk to? I'm willing to meet with random people on weekends (please be over 18... my only requirement).
