"Naruto" means Ninja Manga/Anime?
If so that is "Ramen/らーめん/ラーメン" noodle.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ramen

Buy/Eat Japanese instant one first very easy and no fail under 15 min.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Instant_noodle
"Cup type" need only 3 min fr hot water in and lid closed.

(Some high class/larger size one need 5 min)
"Nissin" is the top brand in the world.

Eating Ramen culture is not only in Japan.
I ate many other countries one. (as Japanese)
Personally I like Taiwan,Thailand one than Korea.

Naming "Naruto" is short of Naruto maki.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Narutomaki
Naruto is not only "ON Ramen" but best matched as food decoration(add color/accent).
In Japan Red/White(紅白/kou-haku) coloring is one of very famous bringer of luck(縁起物/engi-mono).

This is Japanese cooking receipes web over 15000 posts only for Ramen.
