Arriving on Golden Week into Tokyo

Hello,
We plan to visit Tokyo and arrive into Narita airport on May-6-2017 at around noon with an international flight.
Some websites warn that Golden Week traffic is still high on May-6 although the last holiday is on May-5.
Is this going to cause any problem getting into Tokyo and during that weekend within Tokyo?
