Best food in Okinawa main island

Dear all,

Could you please make some recommendation on food in Okinawa?

Including
1, Okinawa specialty
2, Best place for sushi and sashimi
3, Shabu Shabu
4, Street Food
5, Katsu
6, Tenpanyaki
7, Ramen
8, Sukiyaki

We will have a car so anywhere on the main island is fine.

Okinawa specialty = Okinawan Soba. Their are quite a few shops that serve this delicious soba, so it doesn't matter which one you dine at. They are all good.
Street Food = Andagi. A fried donut ball that's crunchy on the outside with a dense texture. A good place to get some is in Nago at this pit stop called やんばる物産 (Google map). Besides Andagi, there are other little shops like a manju, fish cake, an ice cream store. Would highly recommend going and it's on the way to the Churaumi Aquarium.

Some Restaurants I recommend:
Joyful- like casual family diner.
Jimmy's - An Okinawan twist on American buffet. Desserts are great here.
Loisir Naha Hotel- They have a good buffet with a variety of Okinawan dishes and delicacies.
