Onsen in Chitose Airport

Hi,
I have a very early flight from New Chitose Airport to Narita Airport in Tokyo. Plan to stay overnight in the Onsen in the airport. Wondering any one can share some information as
1. Can I just walk in and pay for the access fee?
2. How much charge per person?
3. Is there time limit for the stay?
