Can i use JR rail pass

I get cultural activity visa
I will stay in japan for 1 month
Can i use nation wide JR rail pass 7 days
Or if i use an official
Passport can i use it
Because. I plan to travel in kyhshu; miyazaki, kagochima, yufuin, beppu, fukuoka, hiroshima, osaka, kyoto, kobe and tokyo
By train
Or if i cannot use the jr rail pass
I have to pay for train ticket for each round
Or which pass i should buy
Or which way i can travel with my limited pocket miney?
Or I should change my plan to trevel only kyhshu and then take a plane to tokyo
Because my flight that i booked is bkk- miyazaki and then tokyo

Only travellers with a temporary visitor visa can use the nationwide JR Pass.
There are passes available for residents and travellers on other visas. Look at the list of rail passes on this website for more information.
