Hi,
I am planning to self drive this December from Tokyo to Tohoku region. Can you advise me of the toll charges and if the Tohoku expressway pass apply for the following:
Tokyo to Aeon Mall Sano
Aeon Mall Sano to Hotel Listel in Inawashiro, Fukushima
Hotel Listel in Inawashiro, Fukushima to Ouchi-juku
Hotel Listel in Inawashiro, Fukushima to Yamagata
Yamagata to Niigata
Niigata to Tokyo
