Hi!
To go around Tokyo, Kioto and Osaka, i can use the same card ?
I'm confused about PASMO and SUICA, what is the best to use in underground (subways), bus and local trains, in both 3 city's?
I can buy at Tokyo or i need to buy before i go to Japan?

Suica and PASMO will both work the same, and both will work in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. You can buy it when you arrive in Japan.

Like I said, they both work the same; one is not better than the other. Just buy the first one you see. They will work on all public transport in the three cities you've mentioned.
