Travel from Haneda airport to Shin-Okubo

I will be reaching at 10.05pm at Haneda Airport on Friday. Will there be sufficient time and is this a correct choice to ensure I could reach Shin -Okubo by train/MRT? Details as below :
From Haneda airport, I should take Keikyu-Kuko Line to Shinagawa Station and walk for one minute and take the 2nd train JR Yamanote Line to Shin-Okubo station.... costing me 610yen.
I am worried that I should not have sufficient time to get to my destination and the last train time is?
Please advise. Thank you.
