Was planning on reserving the tickets on eki-net.com and depending on the seat condition, I might want to cancel the tickets and rebooked it using my JR pass. Was thinking that the request seems complicated. Would be great if someone can understand it XD

Tickets booked on eki-net and not yet picked up must be cancelled on eki-net, not at a ticket office.

oh. I guess I'll have to go online and cancel it then when I'm there :/... thanks for the heads up. was under the impression that they can do the cancellation over the ticket counter...
