How to go Uni Observation if I cannot walk

If I wanna go Uni Observation in December ( Weekday) how can I reach there if I do not want to walk there. As I have know Karuizawa Aka Bus will operate only April to Nov

I assume you refer to the Usui Observation platform. If you do not want to walk, you can take a taxi or rent a car.
