Sagano Romantic Train Operating Day

Hi,
May I know on 30 Nov 2016 which happened to be on a Wed, will the Sagano Romantic Train operates? Is this day considered autumn colors season

Out of service Wednesday
(If Wednesday is a national holiday, we will operate.)
However, during the spring vacation, Golden week, summer vacation and the autumn colors season, we will operate on Wednesdays.

Yes, it will be running. It is the peak of the autumn color season. There will be one additional train in addition to the regular departures. The trains are likely to be packed, especially if the weather happens to be good. Advance reservations are recommended.

May I know if the tickets can be bought from Tokyo JR station?

Sorry, just found out that the tickets can only be purchased at JR stations of Kansai Region. so I presumed it can be advanced book at Nagoya JR station?
