Take a JR train to TOKYO ,
and take LTD. EXP HITACHI train from Tokyo to KATSUTA ,
and bus to Hitachi Seaside Park .

Hi,
When you reach Kutsuta station, there are people(stalls) selling the
Hitachi Seaside ticket & Bus ticket. Is 1200Yen, pls keep the ticket as it also 2 way bus ride back to Kutsuta station.
I visited the Hitachi seaside park in late April.
