I am a cat lover and I have heard that Enoshima is one of the cat island in Japan, so I am planning to go there, I have tried to search by Google Maps before going, but I can't even see a single cat in Street View, does anyone know which spot on the island has a big chance to see a lot of cats?

I visited Enoshima in 2014.
1) I didn't know it was known for cats. 2) I never saw a cat.

We went in June this year and only saw a couple of cats in a few hours.

I went to Enoshima in the fall of 2014. I saw a total of about 5 animals. I saw a lot on the route of Chigogafuchi from before Enoshima Shrine's Okutsunomiya. I think there are sunny days. Besides, I saw it near the street behind the Tobiccho main store and Seitenjima park. I also saw a few cats in yuuyake dandan on yanakaginnza.

There were several cats the times we've been, but far more interesting are the hawks. And we saw a squirrel as well.
