Mother farm no more free shuttle bus?

Hi,
Had planned a trip to mother farm on 23 Nov, was initially noted that there was a free shuttle bus from Kimitsu Station.
But today when i check the mother farm website, seem like there are no longer free shuttle bus, but would cost 700yen to take the bus, can anyone pls help to confirm?
In this case, do we still need to reserve seat?
