En route to where from where?
Himeji Station and Sannomiya Station (Kobe) are along the Sanyo Main Line, so if you're traveling along the line, you can stop at them. If you're using the Shinkansen, get off at Shin-Kobe and transfer to the station nearest the sites you want to visit.
