HI, I saw the same question been asked but its been several years. DOes anyone know if there is luggage storage facility at Otaru station or nearby location? I appreciate it very much. Thank you.

Yes, there are coin lockers in Otaru Station. That's where we stored our bags when we went there before going to Niseko.
