Hello, does anyone know where can I buy the smoke eggs? Those with the watery yolks?

Are you in Japan?

Try Google "kunseitamago."

Hello, again. I am sorry, but I realized that they were all in Japanese. I am sure you can find them in big department stores in Tokyo.

Guess that is not kunsei/燻製(smoked) one.
Kunsei is not "watery yolks" like this.

If you seen "black" one is Onsen tamago/温泉たまご(Hot spring egg).

Some hot spring water make shell black by Iron(II) sulfide = FeS.

No FeS water cannot make black shell one.

Search by Amazon or Rakuten if cannot go onsen town and around.
Or buy Onsen tamago maker(small cooking machine).
