USJ harry potter entry and rides timings

So I have bought tickets for USJ express. However, when I see the timings for the harry potter land entry and the ride entry it's vastly different! Entry to HP is 1040 entry to the ride is 1740? What gives? Anyone has any solutions or ideas? Cause I'm not going to spend so many hours in HP just to wait for the ride timing. Much appreciate your help!

Scan your entry ticket at the machines that give HP entry, and see if you can get a better entry time closer to your ride time. Or ask the staff if you can enter closer to your ride time.
