Haneda to Narita with a baby

Hi All,
We have a an international flight arriving at HND Intl at 1:05pm and a departure at NRT Terminal 1 at 6:30pm. We will be travelling with a 3 month old baby.
Is there a quick & easy way to do this?
Is the Limousine bus the best way? Do we need to take a carseat for the bus?

The orange limousine bus would be the most convenient for you - it's a straight shot from airport to airport.
As for the child seat, it can certainly save your sanity.
