2 day Mt Fuji itinerary

Hi
We are planning a 2 day stop over in Kawaguchiko during our Japan holiday. Areas of interests are :
-Fujiten / Yeti Snow Town (which one is better?)
- Gotemba
- Hakone
Our next stop after Mt Fuji is Tokyo
Can you inform :
1. Which one is better, Fujiten or Yeti Snow Town
2. Most efficient route ie. which place to see first ? We are coming in from Kuwana, arriving in Kawaguchiko around 2pm. Would like to avoid back and forth traveling.
