Does anyone know what is up with cool ship shaped building in Otemachi? It is Mizuho Bank'‚“head office. Are they putting something new in its place?
Suprising for such a unique cutting edge building, they would not consider saving it? At least don'‚”put a boring rectangle skyscraper. Save this building and put a skyscraper in another spot. There is no information on this new development? Thank you

This building will be dismantled during the year. Architect Togo Murano was a famous person in Osaka. Nissei Theater in Yurakucho is also his work. Some buildings have already been destroyed. Https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E6%9D%91%E9%87%8E%E8%97%A4%E5%90% BE Le Corbusier was chosen as a World Heritage site, but it is a pity that the disciple and the building of the same generation of architects will be destroyed. Tokyo station was left because the opposite movement occurred, but ordinary buildings may be difficult to reverse opinions.
