I understand that the baggage delivery service for the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine route is closed in late November, however I can still visit as it is open until 30 November every year. Can I transfer my luggage from a hotel in Yamanouchi to a hotel in Toyama? How do I know if my hotel has a baggage delivery service?
