I think i have made a mistake and book my flight too soon and arriving Hokkaido in June 10-June 14. This is too early for any lavender viewing, right? Should I eat the cost of flight change fee to move my trip to July, or are there srill some lavender I could see? Thoughts?

too soon to see lavender. Either look at different flowers or change your flights.
