Traffic from Narita Airport to Haneda Airport

Hi all,

I will be landing in Narita Airport at 15:25 pm on Thursday 02/09/2017 and I have to take a flight back to US in Hadena Airport at 19:45pm. I plan to take limousine bus service between the two airports. I would like to know how the traffic condition during this time of the day. Is it congested? Would it be enough time for me catch my flight?

I am not sure what I am missing but are you referring to transferring in between NRT and HND on the same day?

Normally, the limousine bus website shows current travel status http://www.limousinebus.co.jp/cgi-bin/realtime/busdata_e.cgi.
