Karuizawa in winter 2016/12/21 10:20
Hi I'm going to Karuizawa for two nights next week. I thought it would be snowing there but it seems from the weather reports that there will be no snow. I plan to spend one day looking around Karuizawa and the second day going on a day trip to Kusatsu onsen. I was hoping to get some nice photos of snow in the area close to the Usui pass, but maybe this isn't possible. Are there many public onsens with rotenburo open in Karuizawa during the winter? Is there anywhere I can go in the town to see snow or is it too early in the year for that? Also is this bus timetable correct? Thank you.
