Yurari Private Onsen only for staying guests?

Hello,
Currently just looking for a Private Onsen and came across Yurari. However, having a look on their website, it says the private baths are limited to guests staying at Fuji Green Holiday Village. Is this correct? Haven't found any information relating to this on other websites.

Right.
But you can use 迎賓風呂（Geihin Buro） as long as it's available even if you are not staying at the village.
It costs \15,000 for 3 hours.
