Hey are these senteces correct?, and wich is more used?
In an imaginary situation I just arrive to 東京駅 an I´m a 外人 so I dont know where to buy a ticket, so I ask somebody one of thes questions:
あの すみません...
1) どこで切符を買うことが出来ますか
2) 切符はどこで買ったらいいですか

Both are good (understandable).
I think most Japanese would phrase the question like (b).
