Post office open on Seijin no Hi?

Hi everyone
Need to ship a heavy package tomorrow ....Don't want to walk all the way to yakkyubin if closed. CA anyone advise if post offices will be open?

The same is true for takkyubin centers, by the way, and you can also send takkyubin from convenience stores.
