Mount Fuji: where is this?

Hi... there is a place at Mount Fuji that i want to go. But im not sure where it is.. i have the pictures.. would you able to help me to identify it?

i did contact the owner of the photo many months ago but i didnt receive respond from him.. and im desperately need.
im planning go to Japan early April

I know there are so many places we can enjoy Mt. fuji but this is the nearest to it i can find on internet.

The sign on the building says "Fujikawarakuza". Looks like it's a highway rest center.
