Does anyone know when will the tickets be sold on line for this year's festival 2017.
I am planning to go around April 15, which I understand the peak season start around April 23 and only online tickets are allowed entry.

I don't expect the details for 2017 to be announced until February at the earliest. Possibly not until much later, especially the foreigner-related details. Last year, it wasn't until mid April that the Japanican tickets went on sale. I would expect it to be a little earlier this year. In 2016 season, Japanican organized one day group bus tour from Fukuoka. I noticed it was fully booked in early stage.
