Bicycles allowed inside Karuizawa Taliesin?

As the bus frequency is not very high at Karuizawa, I was thinking of cycling around instead for more flexibility. However, I am not sure if personal bicycles are allowed inside Karuizawa Taliesin.

According to Japanese Web page of Karuizawa Taliesin, it is not allowed. Japanese travelers take a trip from hotel to Karuizawa Taliesin by bicycles. It is shown in Japanese blog. It is estimated that the cyclist parks bicycles in front of the gate with a lock.
