I will be staying in Nagoya for one month. Which train ticket be the best option to travel from Nagoya to Tokyo , Hirsohima and Osaka- also to get about in Tokyo, Hiroshima and Osaka.

All in one go? What will be your preferred itinerary? You said you will be staying in Nagoya for a month. Will you be a 'temporary visitor'?
You may consider flying or overnight bus to each location.
